- Build and maintain relationships for you with news reporters and editors.
- Work with you to develop strategies to maximize or minimize news coverage as needed.
- Assist you in preparing written opinion-editorials and in preparing for news and editorial board interviews.
- Provide you full-service media and presentation training to prepare you to address the media and other target audiences.
Crisis Communications/Reputation Management
- Work closely with you during times of crisis to protect business, product or personal reputations.
- Ensure that you have identified your crisis team, decision-making procedures and responsibilities, lines of internal authority and communication for potential crises.
- Ensure that crisis plans are understood, well rehearsed and allow members of the crisis team to focus on managing the crisis, not creating the plan.
Litigation Support
- Coordinate with legal counsel to ensure the public understands your point of view and position in high profile litigation.
- Prepare you and your legal counsel for communicating to the media, when appropriate, before, during and after litigation.
- Seek to maintain your credibility and reputation regardless of litigation outcome.
